Smart invoice reading — down to handwriting

The most tiring job in a restaurant is entering supplier invoices into the system. ZeyPOS's multi-layer invoice reading system takes this over:

Stock and supply — live and accurate

Set up the menu in minutes

If you are migrating from an old POS, you do not enter hundreds of products one by one. ZeyPOS analyzes Excel/PDF menus and menu photos to separate products, categories, prices, and variations; it classifies whether they are sellable products or raw materials. Smart rounding comes into play in bulk price updates.

Multi-branch central control

As the number of branches increases, prices, stock, and cash registers begin to drift apart. With ZeyPOS's multi-branch architecture, branches are managed from a single center: product/price changes are distributed in a controlled manner, inter-branch stock transfers are made, a central cash register is established, and branch-based profit/loss is compared. Even so, each business's data is isolated at the separate database level — security does not weaken as the system grows.

Partnership and reconciliation

For partner-run businesses: business partners, cash register integration, opening balance, and reconciliation reports. The uncertainty of "who contributed what, and who gets what" is eliminated.

Modular — only what you need
