That’s why ZeyPOS Windows POS software is built for the worst day: if the internet drops, sales keep going; if power flickers, an interrupted card payment recovers itself; if the register crashes, another terminal takes over with one click. It brings all ZeyPOS panels together in one window, manages printers and the card terminal on its own, and updates itself automatically.

One program, every panel

Open the software, verify the company with the API key, select the branch — that’s it. Inside, it’s a tabbed world: Cashier and Kitchen screens open automatically, while Quick Sale and the Admin Panel are one click away. While the cashier takes orders at the register, kitchen flow runs in another tab of the same window. On touchscreens, a pop-up on-screen keyboard also makes keyboard-free kiosk setups possible.

If the internet goes down, sales don’t stop

Products, categories, tables, and images are ready in the program’s local database. The moment the connection drops, the software switches to offline mode on its own: product selection, variations and extras, barcode search, cart, payment — all keep working exactly the same. Cash, card, Multinet, Sodexo, charge to account; receipt splitting, amount-based bill splitting, password-approved refunds — even offline. When the internet comes back, every transaction syncs to the server automatically; not a single line is lost.

It speaks to the card terminal itself

The software connects directly to the physical POS terminal over the network: the amount is sent from the register, and manual entry errors disappear. The real difference shows up in the tough moments — even if the software or computer crashes while the card is being charged, on restart the unfinished payment is queried from the terminal and resolved automatically. No more “did the money go through or not?” uncertainty. Same-day voids, authorized manual resolution, and a graceful fallback to manual payment if there is no terminal are all included. An adapter architecture is ready for different terminal brands.

Multiple registers, one receipt — the Flag system

The classic problem for businesses with two or three registers: the same kitchen ticket prints from more than one register, and the kitchen prepares the same order twice. In ZeyPOS, only the register carrying the flag prints production tickets — duplicate receipts are mathematically impossible. The flag holder is clearly marked on screen with a badge; if that register crashes, “Take Over the Flag” can be used from another register with one click, and the night keeps moving without interruption.

Setup sets itself up
