When a business grows, management can’t stay in one person’s hands — but delegation should never mean losing control. ZeyPOS Manager is the app for the owner’s right hand: the manager works with full authority, but only within the boundaries the owner sets with a tap. They see only what they’re allowed to see, manage only what falls inside their scope, and log every critical decision. The owner passes off the load without giving up control.

One screen, one permission

Every screen in the app is tied to a permission check. From the admin panel, the owner decides: which reports they can see, which actions they can take, whether they can view the cash register, whether they can change prices. Screens they are not permitted to use do not appear in the manager’s menu — no confusion, no “did they see that?” anxiety. More than 20 management screens, all opened and closed by permission.

Your title, the owner’s boundaries

In ZeyPOS, “General Manager,” “Branch Manager,” and “Staff Manager” are not separate product versions — they’re the same app with different permission sets and different branch scopes. You freely name the title; permission checks and scope decide what each person sees. If you invent a new tier tomorrow, the system is ready.

Real hierarchy — it narrows as the chain goes down

• The chain is clear: Owner → General Manager → sub-managers → staff. Each level manages only the one below it
• Permission ceiling: a manager can’t grant anyone a permission they don’t have themselves — authority narrows as it moves down, it never expands
• Rank protection: managers at the same rank or above cannot be touched
• No one can change their own authority, scope, or rank

Thanks to these rules, delegation never turns into a security gap — the chain of command is protected by the system itself.

Approval authority — the sign-off stays with the manager

Critical actions wait for the manager’s sign-off: cash handover approval, stock count results, correction decisions. Staff sends the count, the manager checks the differences on their phone and decides: shrinkage, loss, deduction from staff, or just a correction? Nothing in stock changes without approval. Approval notifications are branch-based — the manager only gets approvals for their own branch, and once the decision is made, the owner is notified. The chain is complete: staff counts, manager approves, owner sees it.

Reports — only as much as they’re allowed, right beside them

From Z report to profit and loss, product sales to staff performance, income and expenses to discount and complimentary breakdowns — more than ten reports, each unlocked with its own permission. If the owner wants, they can open only three for the manager — or all of them. Every report screen has two buttons: Download (Excel / PDF) and Share — send the report to the accountant on WhatsApp or to a partner by email in seconds.

ZeyBot for managers — proactive within scope

The smart assistant in the owner app also exists for managers: a draggable bubble, Chat / Alerts / Score tabs, anomaly alerts, and forecasts. The difference is one word: scope. A manager’s ZeyBot only watches their branches, only explains the reports they’re authorized to see; actions like price updates also depend on the owner’s permission check. The owner lives the whole company, the General Manager lives all branches, the Branch Manager lives their own branch — everyone gets only what they’re authorized for.
