ZeyPOS Kitchen

ZeyPOS Kitchen Display shows orders instantly, no matter where they come from; with voice announcements, hold, start, and ready actions, it keeps kitchen flow under control. On the bar side, it tracks CL, recovers even if the connection drops, and works without a printer.

In the kitchen, paper tickets have two enemies: noise and volume. Tickets get lost, handwriting gets unreadable, and the debate starts — “when did this order come in?” ZeyPOS Kitchen Display takes paper out of the equation: the moment a waiter sends an order, the ticket appears on screen, and the display reads the order out loud. Late tickets stand out on their own, ready ones notify the waiter with a single tap. The kitchen terminal opens in the morning and shuts down at night — and nobody touches it in between.

Orders appear on screen automatically

Whether the waiter sends it from a phone, the cashier adds it from the register, or the customer approves it through the QR menu — no matter where it comes from, the order becomes a card on the kitchen screen instantly. Every card clearly shows the table name, items, quantities, and order notes. With area filtering, each station sees only its own work: kitchen sees kitchen orders, bar sees bar orders — everything doesn’t pile up on one screen. Connection status is always visible, dropped connections recover themselves, and no order that gets through is ever lost.

This screen talks

The chef is carving döner, the dishwasher is scrubbing the counter — nobody’s looking at the screen. No problem: “Garden 5: two Adana, one Ayran order received.” ZeyPOS Kitchen Display announces new orders and cancellations aloud — the announcement wording and language are in the manager’s hands. Alerts queue up instead of overlapping, so even during the rush every announcement comes through clearly. Running the kitchen without staring at a screen is real with ZeyPOS.

Alert tones — your ears learn the language, your eyes don’t have to search

Every event has its own sound: new order, MARŞ, STOP, cancellation, and allergy — all five sound different. If an allergy appears in the order note, the screen doesn’t announce it like an ordinary order; the special allergy alert kicks in. In a few days, the kitchen learns the language of the tones: the moment a sound plays, everyone knows what to do — without looking at the screen first.

MARŞ / WAIT — the service rhythm fits the kitchen

The customer says, “don’t send the main courses yet”; the waiter sends the order with HOLD — the card stays on screen, and the kitchen doesn’t fire up the stove for nothing. When the table is ready, the waiter hits MARŞ: the card switches to “PREPARE” right then, a special MARŞ alert sounds, and the screen flashes to get attention. Appetizer-to-cold-starter-to-main-course flow runs inside the system, without shouting across the kitchen.

A late order shows itself

Every card has a timer — and the timer is honest: it’s calculated from the oldest waiting item, and it doesn’t reset when a new item is added in between. Once the manager-defined threshold (default 15 minutes) is exceeded, the card changes color and the delay can’t be missed. The answer to “how long has this table been waiting?” is always right there on screen.

One tap: READY — the waiter knows instantly

When the item is ready, one tap is enough; if you hit it by mistake, you have a 5-second undo safety net. Once all items are ready, the card closes itself after a short wait — no dead cards piling up on the screen. And most importantly: the moment you press READY, a notification goes to the waiter’s phone who took the order. Food doesn’t go cold on pass, and the waiter doesn’t waste time running back and forth to the kitchen.

Bar station — with milliliter-level intelligence

If you define the bar as a separate area, bar orders appear on its own screen. The real difference is behind the scenes: systems on the market treat a 70 cl bottle as “1 unit”; ZeyPOS tracks drinks the way they actually exist — by volume. As the bartender prepares a shot, a double, or a cocktail, the system deducts each serving from the correct bottle as cl; comped drinks and waste are tracked down to the milliliter. The answer to “how many servings should have come out of the bottle, and how many actually did?” is not a feeling at month-end — it’s data. The industry’s most invisible loss, alcohol leakage, becomes visible.

Open it and forget it — a terminal built for the kitchen

  • The screen never sleeps — stays on all day, never dims
  • Persistent session: no daily password hassle, it returns to the kitchen screen as soon as it opens
  • If the internet drops, it tells you honestly: a full-screen “waiting for connection” message appears, and when the internet comes back it recovers automatically
  • Built-in touchscreen keyboard — no keyboard or mouse needed in the kitchen
  • Asks for confirmation against accidental closure; a second copy can’t be opened
  • New versions arrive automatically: notification + one confirmation, installation is automatic
  • Deliberately printer-free design: receipts are printed by the POS, not the kitchen screen — the architecture eliminates the risk of duplicate tickets

In short, ZeyPOS Kitchen Display

  • Orders appear instantly no matter the source — area-based station separation
  • Voice order announcements: table + items are read out, language is selectable
  • 5 separate tones: new order, MARŞ, STOP, cancellation, allergy
  • MARŞ/HOLD keeps the service rhythm moving — waiting cards wake up with MARŞ
  • Adjustable delay alarm + honest time counter
  • One-tap READY + 5-second undo + instant notification to the waiter
  • CL tracking on the bar side: every shot is deducted by volume, leakage becomes visible
  • Never-sleeping screen, persistent session, automatic recovery after outages
  • Printer-free design — duplicate tickets are impossible by architecture
