ZeyPOS Patron puts your business in your pocket: live sales, cash drawer, staff, and multi-location tracking are always at your fingertips. But the real difference is not what it shows — it’s what it says. ZeyBot talks inside the app without being asked: it summarizes your morning, flags danger immediately, predicts month-end, and updates prices when you tell it to. You manage the business without sitting at a desk.
The assistant that talks first
A small, draggable robot bubble sits on the edge of the screen — it doesn’t block your view, and you can move it to any corner you want. The red badge on it shows how many alerts are waiting for approval. Tap it and a panel opens from below: Chat (talk in numbers), Alerts (history of what it sent you), Scorecard (weekly summary + forecast). It has four abilities: it tells, warns, acts, predicts.
Morning briefing — "Good morning, boss"
Every morning at the time you choose, a message arrives: yesterday’s sales summary, critical stock items, low-margin products, month-end sales forecast, and the day’s character — "It’s Saturday, usually a busy day; be ready." You start the day informed, not guessing.
Daytime watchman — 12 anomaly detectors
ZeyBot keeps an eye on your business all the time; when something unusual happens, it alerts you with a branch breakdown:
- Cash shortage, spike in voids, post-kitchen void (a prepared item went to waste — direct loss)
- Unusual discounting, high comps, reclaiming a closed table
- Surge in house account, voids concentrated on one staff member
- Sales drop (vs the same hour in the last 7 days), late cash register opening
- Pending QR order, delayed check slip
You set the thresholds — the system does not invent them. You’ll never get alerts for modules you don’t use, the same alert appears at most once a day, and each branch can receive no more than two notifications. No notification clutter; every alert that comes through matters.
Critical alert = approval required
In a serious situation, your phone vibrates even if the app is closed. Critical alerts can’t be dismissed with a simple "OK" — they stay open until "I have read and approve" is checked. Once you’ve seen an alert, it won’t appear again; if you haven’t, it waits until you do. No risk slips by silently.
Chat with numbers
"What were yesterday’s sales?", "What sold the most?", "Which items have low margins?" — type it, and get the answer instantly. Responses don’t come as plain text; they arrive in a clear report style with bold highlights and bullet points. No need to call your accountant or open the dashboard — two messages and you have the full picture of the day.
Type it, approve it, done
Type "Raise mezze prices by 10%"; ZeyBot returns an approval card showing current and new prices line by line. Edit any line manually, uncheck the ones you don’t want. Approve it — it applies; if you change your mind, undo it with one tap within 120 seconds. Its permission scope is intentionally narrow: price updates and product open/close only. That’s all — and it’s not a limitation, it’s a principle:
Golden rule: AI does not touch the numbers. Every number in the briefing and alerts is calculated from real POS data in code; artificial intelligence only writes the human-friendly wording. Every figure in the output is verified against its source — if it can’t be verified, the system falls back to a plain template. And the proactive layer only speaks: AI never touches stock, invoices, cash, costs, or accounting records. Zero hallucination risk in financial records — that is ZeyPOS’s trust line.
It tells the future
- Month-end forecast: where this month’s pace will take you + comparison to last month
- End-of-day forecast: not rough proportioning — using the same-hour curve from past days, "at this pace you’ll close the night around ~X"
- Busy day insight: based on the day of the week, "today is usually busy / quiet"
Boss Scorecard — the week in one view
One screen shows the last 7 business days: sales, voids (count + amount), post-kitchen loss, comps, discounts, house accounts, cash variances, table reclaims — plus a forecast section on top. The calculation follows business-day logic: a table closed at 03:00 is posted to the correct day’s sales. You hold your weekly meeting with yourself.
Tasks & Piggy Bank Arena — the strategist’s seat
Your team competes on the floor; you’re the strategist behind the game. You have a limited energy pool that refreshes weekly — opening tasks is not free: longer duration, wider scope, and more generous rewards require more energy. You open a "3-hour bonus for the top 3 cocktail sellers" task, watch the piggy bank fill and the ranking move live. When the task ends, the system measures the real incremental sales compared with the same hour last week: if it genuinely drove extra sales, you earn success points and get half your energy back; if you launched a task on a product that would have sold anyway, there’s no score — the same sale does not count as success twice. Managers are ranked among themselves in the boss league: who is managing better is right there on the board. Whether the bonus is paid from the register with accounting attached or handed out in cash and marked with one tap, double payment is impossible.
Multiple locations, one pocket
Every alert, report, and forecast is broken down by branch: the answer to "which location" is always included. Branch-to-branch sales comparison is in your pocket; without going to HQ, you can see which location is running and which one is slipping.
Everything on your terms
You choose the briefing time. You decide which anomalies are on, and what the threshold is. You choose your priority focus; ZeyBot speaks accordingly. And if you don’t set anything, it still works from day one with smart defaults — no setup, no training.
