ZeyPOS Garson is the POS in a waiter’s pocket. No running to a tablet, no waiting at the register — the server takes the order right at the table, keeps eye contact with the guest, sends it to the kitchen, and closes the bill. Behind the scenes, AI, a multi-layer permission system, and hybrid data flow do the heavy lifting; the server stays focused on the guest. Fully functional on iOS and Android, with or without internet.
Fast enough to use without looking
In peak season, every second matters. Critical actions are driven by gestures — so the server can use the phone by feel and never break eye contact with the guest:
- Swipe down with two fingers → pending items go straight to the kitchen, with a 5-second "Undo" safety net
- Shake the phone → "Clear cart?" confirmation — wrong orders are wiped in seconds
- Swipe left-right → switch categories instantly
- Pull the list down → tables and permissions refresh instantly, no logout/login needed
Every server gets their own setup
The strongest thing about ZeyPOS Garson: every server shapes their own screen. They heart the categories they use most, keep favorites front and center, and drag-and-drop categories and products into the order that feels natural to them.
On a breakfast server’s screen, "Tea-Coffee, Breakfast Plates" sit at the top; on a night bartender’s phone, "Cocktails, Wines" rise first. Same app, two different muscle memories. The layout is stored on the server — even if the server changes phones, their setup is waiting on the new device.
Table management — one glance, full control
The home screen speaks in color-coded cards: green for empty, red for occupied (with amount), yellow for reserved, blue badge for pending payment. Move between areas like the garden, dining room, and terrace with a swipe; if there’s only one area, the area bar never appears — no clutter.
- Roster system: the server sees only their own tables, while the wildcard server can view every area
- Table transfer: the order moves together with payment history and allergy notes
- Table merge and swipe-to-split the bill
- Reservations: name + time + automatically formatted phone number shown on a yellow card
- Everything is permission-based — only servers approved by the owner can do it
Taking orders — two taps, zero confusion
Two-level category structure, instant search, image-based product cards, variation and modifier selection (70 cl / 100 cl, "medium rare", "no onion"), and free-text kitchen notes. A fixed cart bar at the bottom keeps item count and total visible at all times. If you accidentally try to send the same item twice, the system warns you — duplicate-send protection is always on.
Live flow with the kitchen
Orders hit the kitchen instantly: receipt printer + digital kitchen display. Every item has a clear status — waiting, preparing, ready, served. The moment the kitchen marks it "Ready", the server gets a notification on the phone. For allergy orders, a red 🚨 ALLERGY heading is printed at the top of the kitchen ticket — impossible to miss.
Payments — settle the bill at the table
- Cash / card / bank transfer with one tap
- Item-based split: "I’ll pay for the coffee, my friend takes the food" — the system tracks who paid for what
- Amount-based split: ₺200 of the bill to A, ₺150 to B
- Refund flow is tracked: after payment, refunded items, cancellation, and payment reversal are all recorded
- Cashier bridge: the server takes the bill at the table, the cashier completes it on their behalf ("Hand off" list is permission-filtered)
- Protected mode: large cancellations and discounts require owner approval
My Tips — not a single kuruş lost
Tips left by card are no longer a blind spot in accounting. At the moment of payment, the tip is assigned to the right server — even if another name appears on the table, the system asks and lets you choose the correct person. The server can see what they earned, what’s pending, and their tip jar share from the "My Tips" screen on their phone; they get instant notifications when a tip is approved, put on hold, and paid out. You trust the system, not a verbal promise. In individual mode, no one can see anyone else’s tips; whether the business pays everything out instantly, pools it in a tip jar and splits it, or settles it all at the end of the week, the system adapts to the business culture and every tip finds its owner.
Tasks & Piggy Bank Arena — every shift is a competition
The owner opens a sales challenge — "3 hours, top 3 cocktail sellers win, +5% bonus" — the server gets a notification and a transparent glass piggy bank appears in the corner of the screen. With every sale, the piggy bank visibly grows and a coin sound plays. Everyone can see the live ranking and who sold what; the green "+X points" on your line shows the league points you’d win if the task ended right now.
- Score is calculated from real POS sales — cancellations and comped items are automatically deducted, so there’s no "I sold it, they deleted it" argument
- When time’s up, fireworks + champion podium appear on every screen — even the checkout kiosk joins the celebration
- Bonuses earned are real TL: they appear in "My Earnings", and the moment they’re paid, the phone gets a "your bonus has been paid" notification
- Points build in the weekly / monthly / yearly server league — long-term competition with levels and streaks
QR menu — the guest orders, the server confirms
The guest scans the QR on the table and the menu opens on their own phone in their own language — 11 languages. They can share dietary preferences (vegan, halal, gluten-free...) and allergies, then send their cart. The order goes to the phone of the server assigned to that table; the server taps "Move to Cart" and sends it to the kitchen. If something is wrong, "Reject" sends an instant notification to the guest. The "Call server" and "Request bill" buttons use the same smart filter; for bill requests, the cashier is notified too.
Live chat, live translation, ZeyBot
The guest types "How long will the food take?" and a message bubble appears on the server’s phone. If their hands are full, the server can use push-to-talk to leave a voice message, and the guest reads it as text. The gold part for hotel guests: a guest writing in German can be read by the server in Turkish, and the Turkish reply goes back to the guest in German — live translation keeps flowing both ways. If the server is busy, ZeyBot steps in: it checks the cart, suggests add-ons, offers options that fit the dietary preference, and hands the conversation back when the server is free.
Allergy — safety that does not negotiate
The most sensitive module in ZeyPOS. Allergy-triggering items are never shown to the guest in the QR menu; if an allergic item reaches the cart, a mandatory "WARNING" confirmation opens on the server screen, and a red alert strip stays fixed at the top of the order screen. Dietary preferences are lifestyle choices and can be flexible; allergy is a medical condition and is never flexible — even if the guest says "I accept the risk," it is marked with a black-gold strip as a risk acceptance, a spoken confirmation prompt appears before service, and the event is written to the audit log. Legal protection, in your pocket.
No notification junk pile
Every notification goes only to the right person: a QR order to the authorized server on that table’s roster, a "ready" alert to the server who took the order. The moment one server opens a notification, it drops from the others automatically — no two servers rush the same table. If everyone on the roster is on break, the wildcard server takes over; if they’re unavailable too, the alert moves to suitable servers in the branch and finally to the owner panel — the system never goes silent. Managers are not buried in operational notification clutter.
Even if the internet drops, it keeps going
Menus, tables, and prices are cached intelligently on the device: if the internet goes down, the server keeps taking orders, receipts print, and the kitchen keeps working; once the connection returns, everything syncs automatically. In hotels and large venues where outages happen often, LAN mode kicks in: a small on-site Hub lets phones communicate over the local network — even if the cloud is down, orders still reach the kitchen and bills still close. The OFFLINE badge in the corner lets the server know the status at a glance.
Permissions, shifts, attendance
- 15 separate permission flags: comp, void, transfer, payment, chat, reports... the owner turns them on or off one by one
- Instant permission updates: the owner changes it from the panel, the server pulls down the list — new rights take effect without logout/login
- Shift check-in with QR; late arrivals must provide a reason
- Monthly attendance report is generated automatically
Invisible security
For QR orders, the guest is verified by location to make sure they’re actually on site (GPS tolerance is handled intelligently — no false alarms). Fake order attempts are detected by device fingerprint and blocked gradually; bot and script signatures are quietly filtered out through behavior analysis. The interface hides permissions, but the real control is always on the server — even a manually crafted request can’t slip through without authorization. Branch isolation is complete: a server can’t access another branch’s data.
The owner’s eyes and ears
Every action taken on mobile appears instantly in the owner panel: who sold what, how much tip they got, how long the table stayed occupied, order-kitchen-service timings, legal records for allergy orders, and attempted permission violations. The owner can monitor the whole operation without sitting at the table.
